The DMC20 control panel is designed to access and calibrate the operating conditions of the dryer and also: - Display the compressed air and refrigerant temperatures; - Display the working parameters of the dryer; - Display fault indication and rectification guidelines in a chosen language; - Allows communication with PLC or PC via RS485 serial port. The IP54 control box contains: - Electric circuit breakers not fuses; - High quality components; - Clearly labelled components/wiring. The refrigerant pressure switch acts as a safety device and controls the condenser fan. High efficiently hermetic refrigerant compressor for use with environmentally friendly refrigerants. Generous sizing of the condenser guarantees maximum performance of the refrigerant circuit plus the ability to cope with changes in ambient temperatures. Easy access for cleaning and maintenance. The dryer is CE marked and in compliance with directive 97/23/EC-PED. ASME Section VIII Div. 1 is also available. Pressure vessel «U» stamped. All models are fitted with a timed electronic drain. Discharge and pause times are adjustable. A zero loss drain is available as an option. The blank flange, of the heat exchanger, gives access to the "demister" condensate separator and to the evaporator, for any clearing operation or for maintenance too.
